How long does delivery take?

Our total shipping time consist of 2 parts: 

1. Packing: 2 business days

Most product damage happened during transportation, we are unable to control how carriers handle our shipment, but we are taking extra steps to minimize the chance of package abuse. Depends on the product, we will pack extra layer of cardboard boxes, or bubble wrap to maximize the packing protection. This process takes 2 business days. 

2. Shipping: 7-15 business days

Our standard shipping method is by postal/Fedex/DHL/UPS/Royal Mail, we will choose the carrier that we think works best for our customers. Shipping time normally takes around 7 business days to reach North America, Europe and Southeast Asian countries.

What countries do you ship to?

Our shipping covers almost every country of the world. If you're located in military bases or islands far away from the country’s territory, please email us to double check the shipping availability at support@digitlands.co.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. However, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

Time Setting: The current time is displayed by default. Double-tap the left button to enter the setting mode.
Alarm Setting: In the time display mode, double-tap the left button then tap the right button to enter.
Backlight Setting: In the time display mode, double-tap the left button and then tap the right button twice in succession to enter.


Detailed Operations

Time Setting

  1. In the time display mode, quickly double-tap the left button to show "01".
  2. Double-tap the left button again to enter time adjustment mode.
  3. Adjusting Hours: The left neon tube blinks, use the middle or right button to adjust the hours.
  4. Adjusting Minutes: Double-tap the left button, the right neon tube blinks, use the middle or right button to adjust the minutes.
  5. Completing the Setting: Double-tap the left button to confirm and return to the time display.

 

Alarm Setting

  1. In the time display mode, quickly double-tap the left button to show "01", then tap the right button to show "02".
  2. Double-tap the left button again to enter the alarm adjustment mode.
    Adjusting Hours: The left neon tube blinks, use the middle or right button to adjust the hours.
  3. Adjusting Minutes: Double-tap the left button, the right neon tube blinks, use the middle or right button to adjust the minutes.
  4. Activating the Alarm: Tap the left button, the lower colon remains lit, the upper colon blinks. When turning off the alarm, both colons blink.
  5. Completing the Setting: Double-tap the left button to confirm and return to the time display.


Backlight Setting

  1. In the time display mode, quickly double-tap the left button to show "01", then tap the right button twice in succession to show "03".
  2. Double-tap the left button to enter the backlight adjustment mode.
  3. Selecting Color: Display shows 1x1x, tap the left button to switch colors (1x1x for red light, 2x2x for green light, 3x3x for blue light).
  4. Adjusting Brightness: Use the middle or right button to adjust the brightness (range 0-9, with 0 being off).
  5. Completing the Setting: Adjust to 0000, double-tap the left button to save and return to the time display.

Note

The backlight setting will revert to the default red color after a power outage.
