30 Days Free Return or Exchange
Defective products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of the goods (when tracking shows "delivered" ).
- Returns must include all accessories
- Items must include original packaging
- For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping cost
- For non-quality related warranty claims, Digitlands refunds the cost of the product itself
- Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
Return and Refund Process
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect.
- Please include a valid order number and provide photos or videos that clearly showing the defects, ideally at least 4 photos, including product package as well. This will help us better evaluate the situation and present solution sooner.
- For return circumstance, once the returned item arrives back in DigitLands' warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
If you wish to cancel the order, please do so within 24 hours after your order is placed.
After 24 hours, 15% of the order value will be deducted from your order amount as our handling fee.
Once your order is shipped, we can't get it back, please wait for the shipment, once you received it, do not open the package and ship it back to us (shipping fee at your cost). Same process as 30 days free return.
If you need to change your delivery address, please do it within 24 hours. Once your order is shipped, there will be an address change fee (charged by carrier, rate depends on countries).
Noted that in some cases address change attempt might not be success, this is something we have no control. Please do make sure your address is correct when placing the order.
