How long does delivery take?

Our total shipping time consist of 2 parts: 

1. Packing: 2 business days

Most product damage happened during transportation, we are unable to control how carriers handle our shipment, but we are taking extra steps to minimize the chance of package abuse. Depends on the product, we will pack extra layer of cardboard boxes, or bubble wrap to maximize the packing protection. This process takes 2 business days. 

2. Shipping: 7-15 business days

Our standard shipping method is by postal/Fedex/DHL/UPS/Royal Mail, we will choose the carrier that we think works best for our customers. Shipping time normally takes around 7 business days to reach North America, Europe and Southeast Asian countries.

What countries do you ship to?

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. However, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

The 15-in-1 multitool knife includes:

Hardness>HRC50. Sharp and durable
The hardness of the body function accessories is greater than HRC50, with strong cutting force and durability of sharpness, the wear resistance is also outstanding.

11 cm in size. Exquisite, compact and easy to carry
The closed state of the overall tool has a length of only 11 cm, a width of 4 cm, and a thickness of 2 cm. The fully open length is 16 cm. It weighs 245g and feels heavy in the hand. With the hook design, it can be hang from the pocket for easy carrying.

  • Needle-nose pliers: it is made of 30Cr13 alloy steel and comes with hardness of >HRC50. It can be used to screw small diameter nuts (nuts with a diameter less than 4mm), and screw steel wires.
  • Wire cutter: it can easily cut the 2.5 mm diameter BVR wires.
  • Hard wire cutting pliers: It can cut steel wires with a diameter of 1.6 mm.
  • Big scissors: it is made of 420J2 alloy steel and comes with hardness of >HRC50. It can be used for cloth, paper and rope cutting.
  • Phillips screwdriver: It can bear 12Kgf.cm torque without damage, and can be used to fasten or loosen cross recessed screws.
  • Stripping long knife: it is made of 420J2 alloy steel and comes with hardness of >HRC50 and single-sided edge. It can moothly peel off  2.5 mmBVR diameter wire plastic sheath.
  • Corkscrew: it is made of 420J2 alloy steel and comes with hardness of >HRC50. It can smoothly open the caps of beer bottles and beverage bottles.
  • Slotted screwdriver: It can bear 12Kgf.cm torque without damage, and can be used to fasten or loosen slotted screws.
  • Glass impactor: it is made of Nano ceramic beads, whose hardness is second only to diamond. It can easily crush tempered car window glass. With the round bead design, it will not scratch your clothes or skin. It is rather safe to carry.
  • Wood saw: it is made of 420J2 alloy steel and comes with hardness of >HRC50. It adopts double-peak staggered serration design for double cutting capacity. It can saw 20 mm diameter pine (the pine should have no knots).

0.04 mm precision
Compared with the 0.1 mm processing precision of ordinary metal products, this product can achieve 0.04 mm precision control to prevent the occlusal deviation caused by incomplete assembly and ensure that the functional components are more accurate and durable after assembly.

2 polishing processes
Most part of the knife is treated with matte process. Among them, the main knife and wood saw are brightly processed to enhance their sharpness, while the bright surface treatment of all screws and hooks improves the overall contrast, combining light and dark, and the overall is more stylish and elegant.
