How long does delivery take?
Our total shipping time consist of 2 parts:
1. Packing: 2 business days
Most product damage happened during transportation, we are unable to control how carriers handle our shipment, but we are taking extra steps to minimize the chance of package abuse. Depends on the product, we will pack extra layer of cardboard boxes, or bubble wrap to maximize the packing protection. This process takes 2 business days.
2. Shipping: 7-15 business days
Our standard shipping method is by postal/Fedex/DHL/UPS/Royal Mail, we will choose the carrier that we think works best for our customers. Shipping time normally takes around 7 business days to reach North America, Europe and Southeast Asian countries.
What countries do you ship to?
Our shipping covers almost every country of the world. If you're located in military bases or islands far away from the country’s territory, please email us to double check the shipping availability at email@example.com.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. However, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
